Gomi fought a -no judges- kickboxing fight with Masato this past new year's. If ufc ever goes back to Japan he will likely be on the card. If they go back to Korea (or Japan) then Akiyama could likely be on the card.

That being said, I'd love for Akiyama to retire on a win. The only fighter in UFC to fight with gold fight shorts, would be dope if reebok customized a pair for him, with studs of course...
