AJ hurt in sparring (again)

every fighter gets hurt in sparring

every fighter gets hurt in sparring
Yup, depends when and how seriously.
Hard sparrings usually aren't done close to fight date for this reason + that they didn't get too exausted too.

He's 5-0 as a pro

Doubt many sherdoggers here could handle a young unbeaten heavyweight
against opponents with a combined record of like 6-120+, hes nothing more than a punching bag

I've never seen him fight. Almost everyone starts against bad opponents.

It's impossible to know anything based on a 5-0 record....but I'm pretty confident that he'd beat the shit out of just about anyone here including you

Hearn's denial was pretty weak imo, "it's not worth answering". He might be right but we'll see

We reading the same article?
"Anthony Joshua has reportedly been rocked and hurt ahead of his rematch with Andy Ruiz Jr"
Yeah and what was the source? Because when they actually talked to the guy that sparred him, he said something completely different.

Because he's gonna say he kod aj?

Are you saying he's the source? So him not saying he knocked out AJ means he knocked out AJ.

What? Hes obviously not gonna brag about koing aj even if he did.

Believe what you want.
Well lets look at the history of reporting on AJ's sparring before this. Apparently before the first Ruiz fight the story was that he got knocked out by one fighter, who then turned around and said that he'd not even been in camp with AJ lol. Then the media drummed up another name of someone who had actually been in camp with him. So who or what do you believe? The media just jump on rumours true or not. Who knows what to believe. We had RR on here (who many including me trust implicitly) confirming that AJ was concussed shortly before the first fight but AJ and he's team readily denied it.

So, heard the same.

Hopefully its nothing but a rumor, but yikes.

Remember when Dubois chinned Josh sparring? Seems to be a pattern.
Once everyone knows your vulnerable, game gets a lot harder.

Oh and Price dropped him. The more you think about it, AJ seems chinny af. That's 4 people we know have dropped him in sparring.
