After watching the fight, I could not see Cain or JDS standing with Overeem

Seriously, they would both get knocked out. And I dont think Cain could even take down the Reem. I was really disappointed with JDS' stand up earlier. Thought he was better than that.

Prior to tonight, JDS was on his back for a total of 13 seconds. After witnessing the mauling tonight, Overeem would also get dragged to the ground.

This is coming from an Overeem fan, although I wouldn't mind seeing Cain, JDS, and Overeem playing hot potato with the title.

Cain wouldn't be able to take AO down, JDS would get slaughtered standing up, this coming from a huge JDS fan.

Overeem on his best day couldn't beat JDS or Cain ... I hesitate to think he'll get past Big-Foot.

lol at Cain not being able to take down Reem. Based on what, him having huge muscles?

Oh I forgot Mark Hunt and Werdum can take him down but no way Cain can.

    yo OP

don't let these JDS fans fool you.

Reem would destroy both JDS and CAin

JDS fans will say Cain beats Reem too because it makes JDS not seem so bad.

Reem is #1 heavyweight. Deal with it.

Cain would put Overeem on his back FAR more than he did JDS.

And Overeem isn't knocking JDS out. No one at HW is. Do you realize his chin now?

    Good lord.

Both guys give Overeem a fight for his money. I'm not gonna say it's guaranteed, because I definitely want to see Alistair in the mix with these guys, but it's not going to be like fighting Lesnar.

Nah, Cain would get blasted by a fresh Overeem. He would only have a chance if he can get past the 1st round.

Yeah I agree its ridiculous, Cain would take Overeem down and just exhaust him on the ground.

No way Overeem has the hips for good BJJ movement anymore, he won't be squirming or shrimping out of Cains top position imo.

You don't think Cain can take the Reem down? Why would you think that? Dude took JDS down 11 times tonight, he will take Reem down at will. Plus, Allistair will gas after one round with CV, Cain wins TKO in the third.

JDS would get destroyed on the feet by Overeem true.... but to say Cain won't be able to get Overeem down is a stretch. I can just see him sliding his head into Overeem's grasp and Overeem going down to sink in the guillotine.

The game plan tonight was to get up in JDS's grill and apply insane pressure. It worked tonight. Nobody has done that to JDS. That is not how Overeem fights. So this fight won't be a good indication of how JDS vs Overeem fights. I do however think Cain will try this against Overeem. I don't think it will work the same way. One thing I know is in order for Cain to win he must be tenacious and make these monster uncomfortable.

I don't see Cain standing with the Reem either, but more like taking him down with ease and blasting him until the last inevitable happens... The Reem mentally folding.
