if he fights Vitor he will have fought

    Vitor Belfort
    Brian Stann
    Chael Sonnen
    Jason Miller
    Yoshihiro Akiyama
    Dan Miller
    Wanderlei Silva
    Denis Kang
    Dan Henderson
    Rashad Evans
    Matt Hamill
    Chris Leben

With that many good opponents it's something that shouldn't even be brought up but there are still those who insist he's been fed easy opponents.

Will it finally stop or do his haters lack any sort of intelligence?

Yeah he's definitely fought a good amount of top 15 guys. Just a matter of if he can beat enough of them to get a title shot.

He's lost to every big name opponent. He'll be in the same position if he loses to Vitor. I think people say that about him because he doesn't deserve a title shot for the list of fighters he's beaten. He's good but not great. I have Vitor winning that fight.

Yes, yes, YES! The argument that Bisping has been "protected" in his ufc career is one of the most retarded there is on sherdog. And there are a lot of retarded arguments on these forums.

If he beats Vitor they'll just say Vitor is old and out of his prime.

Haters will just say Vitor is old and washed up, and Bisping never fought the real Belfort.

Like said above, nobody doubts he has faced top fighters, its that he has lost to just about all of them. But Wand is just a big name and I guess you can say the same about Leben so they really aren't in a title position, same with Akiyama and Kang. And he ,in a lot of people's minds lost to Hamill.

Of course they will, it doesn't stop it being a great win though. People had no arguments about Stann being top 10 until AFTER Bisping beat him, so they could continue the "He's never even beaten a top 10 opponent" schtick. Honestly Bisping fans sre used to everyone discrediting him at this point.

The same could be argued for Vitor, and he has had multiple title shots over the years.

I think they meant "Padded Wins", considering Bisping didn't beat any top fighters.

Stann was a great win indeed for Bisping. While there are some great fighters on his resume, having losses to Rashad, Henderson, Wandy, Sonnen and Vitor makes up the rest of his noteworthy opponents. The rest of his wins mostly aren't even in the UFC anymore

Anderson should just throw Bisping in as part of his time off. Bisping would be a padded win for Anderson. His style is tailor made for a flashy Silva KO.
