I'm the honorary Rodtang hater until Chatri puts Rodtangs Muay Thai title on the line against Superlek or any other top Thai fighter. No more overmatched random foreigners.

Rodtang and Superlek are fighting for the flyweight kickboxing title in March.
Then this announced fight is in May for the flyweight Muay Thai title.
From what I've read both fights are going ahead. Win win for fans imo as we get to see them fight anyway. Hopefully Chatri pulls finger and unifies them properly (both belts on the line) at some stage.

Why is it not in Muay Thai? What was the point of Superlek winning the Muay Thai Grand Prix?
the Muay Thai Grand Prix final never happened. It was a catchweight bout. While he technically won the tournament he never officially won the tournament.
this fight is just to possibly have rodtang hold 2 belts.
