Its not Fedors fault, but HW was always so thin and hes fought a weaker level of competition. IMO Jones would beat every fighter Fedor ever did, including Fedor, and Jones is more of a natural LHW, (not a hard cut for him).

Jones is GOAT imo because level of competition matters.

Jones has had the chance to fight bigger, stronger opponents.......he has declined to do so.

We can sit and speculate all day on whether he could have beat Hunt, CroCop, Werdum, Stipe, Overeem, Lesner, etc. He has fought ONE person with a size advantage and no one with a reach advantage. He is perfectly built to be the all time great at LHW......but there will always be that division above him where the men are "scarier". Where they hit harder, where they are stronger, where all his physical advantages are muted.

I'd rank Penn or Sakuraba above him because they would fight a Panzer tank if it was across the ring/octagon.

The GOAT is the man who for a period of time PROVES they can beat every other man on the planet. They are for but a brief moment invincible.

the same thing was with fucking every undefeated fighter, lets wait for some years and he will start to lose. and this debate would be over but another "undefeated" dominating champ would be in discussion.
