I find it humorous all the attention that Nate Diaz is getting after UFC 196 .It is amusing that anyone would buy into his sudden hype , it is not different than the other hype trains the UFC creates and will derail just as easily .
I think one of the saddest parts of the whole Diaz- McGregor debacle is that while it may be entertaining it is mostly promotional fodder for Mcgregor and the only reason he is being given any attention is to promote their star McGregor for a rematch and you can safely bet on a McGregor WIN { remember even if he loses he has his FW belt } On the other hand Diaz once he has outlived his promotional use will go back to being another lowly 40/40 fighter with a unimpressive 19-10 record .
Diaz's win over McGregor was imo one of his finest moments but he will not be able to maintain that hype after either a loss to McGregor in Round 2 or a loss to another LW top 5 guy { pick any one } and the UFC will jump on the chance to send him back into obscurity after all you can't believe they would ever want a Dopey Diaz brother as the face of the UFC .........
