I understand the Airdyne bike is a staple in the conditioning of Mixed Martial Artists but can anyone with firsthand experience tell me why its better than most stationary bikes out there? Ive never used it before so i wanted to know what makes it good. Just out of curiousity any extra info or stats are fine. thanks in advance

Because the harder you go, the more resistance the bike gives you. There is no need to adjust anything.

It also has arm movement and is a whole body exercise machine. I have one and there is no comparison to a regular stationary bike. Airdyne wins hands down, IMO of course.

Agreed. Plus it keeps you cool with its fan. When you sweat as profusely as I do, that's important.
