I'm looking for a good price on an MMA gear package that includes atleast the basics of what I will need for MMA training. I have found some good packages but don't know what to think of them, here's some I found.

I just want some of your input before I jump into buying one. Which brands look good and can you point me in a better direction?

P.S. I am tight on money so I'm not gonna be able to buy them individually.

Which one out of them would you say is better? I'm looking for a well-rounded training regiment of Muay thai, boxing and Kick boxing, nothing in any precedence.

www.CagesideMMA.com is the best place to find what you're looking for. Boomer's customer service can't be beat.
I take it you missed the uber-long appreciation thread where everybody praises Boomer/Cageside like they want to marry him and have his kids. :D Seriously, that's what made me try out CagesideMMA and now I'm a bona fide Boomer fan.

boomer is the way to go for a package. although getting clinch gear shorts in a package is pretty sweet the rest of that package is just alright.

i'm not expert but based on what i've read in the forums, you should stay away from the century stuff on that 2nd link.

I was thinking about getting that combat sports international mma package, the blue stuff. Anyone own any CSI gear? It's the lowest price item in the pakages, I know how that usually goes. I really just want it for the gloves and shins. It does have a sweet nut protector though!

I think I saw Chuck Liddel using them in a pic and possibly Matt Serra using CSI shinpads
