Hey guys, I haven't had too much time to lift recently or even visit this forum. I wanted to make my own gym in my house and I needed help in creating it. Basically I want a power rock, dumbbells where I could easily change the weight, and a good bench that can also incline and decline. Can anyone give list decent brands and their price ranges?
