Advanced training methods

    If training methods dramatically changed from 10 years ago what new methods today using? How training camps looked 10 years ago?

    I think training camps somehow stayed the same, but now more and more camps incorporate alot of other things. Back in the day, majority of fighter will just train the same thing everyday. Nowadays, fighter training everything at least once a day. Some fighters have wrestling Monday, BJJ Tuesday, Boxing Wednesday and on and on and on.

    One thing I like how today's training camps are ran is the incorporation of science and nutrition. Alot of fighters look at weight cutting as a science. How to get down and get back up in weight. Also things like hyperbaric chambers and training masks help out. Back in the day, the only person I recall training at altitude was Tito and his camp. Now everyone trains at altitude or at least tries to.
