Adult Green Belts?

What systems use them and what do they equate to (i.e., Blue Belts in other schools)? I noticed that Robson Moura uses them for adults and was curious what they translate to. Thanks!

Nevermind, now I found it. I was trying to see if greens compete at Blue or white in BJJ comps. I would think if a green does a white belt they are sandbagging.
