Adjustment: the 10 count knockdown should be a 4 count knockdown

Benefits:
  • Its safer
  • The most lethal boxers will climb up the ranks
  • The harmless pillowfisted boxers got to compensate with even better defense

Three whole bullet points in favor of one side of the coin. Talk about well thought out stuff.

I’d rather see fights get cut to 8 rounds before that.

Too much potential for a knockout against the run of play.

There are plenty of times where a fight gets called before the ref starts counting and some occasions where a fighter gets stopped whilst upright.

And then YOU get the likes. Bastard.

You always see right through me.

I kind of wish we had 15 round fights for certain occasions. I think Floyd/Manny could've gone 15 no problem. Hell, Fury vs. Wilder the first time. Fury probably could've sealed up those last 3 rounds.

I do wish that refs would give guys time on a lot of occasions. If they're knocked out cold, that's one thing. But even if you think they can't continue, there's nothing stopping the referee from making that decision 8 seconds later, instead. Maybe the guy gets back up fine, like Tyson. That's the type of KD that some refs would wave off the fight for, but it's a good thing that Bayless didn't.
