i'm looking for a reasonably priced replacement for my shitty century boxing gloves, and i came across these: adidas Performer Training Gloves at Ringside.com

anyone have any experience with them or suggestions for a reasonably priced pair of gloves (preferably under $80)? I'd like something that i can do bag/pad work and spar with as well

the online consensus say that you should get a glove for doing both, as they will last longer.
Universal Training Gloves at Ringside.com is a good glove if you want to stick to Ringside. I always recommend KOfightgear.com

If you do not spar weekly, and it is a rare occurance, something like IMF Tech or Ultimate Classic Training gloves would be great.

Otherwise, IMF Tech or Ultimate Classic bag gloves, and IMF or UC training gloves. Their International Training gloves are good for sparring, but the other two are better suited for the price they are sold for.

I know individual preference is a factor, but for the average person who asks, the price range requested makes the IMF and UC line unbeatable.
