Academies ideal for summer training?

Hey, I have some money saved and I would like to spend 1 or 2 months at a bjj or mma academy this summer.

I 'm looking for a sunny place, with a beach, laid back people and a good nightlife. Any suggestions? It can be anywhere in the world...
