Could someone please give me some tips on using an ab roller without my lower back hurting, and what is the best way to breathe when using it. I've seen some videos on youtube, but they seem to all contradict each other on the technique.
Your back is going to feel it when you are doing a lift/exercise that works it. You'll also feel soreness in your back the next day if you do a lift/exercise that works it. These are not bad things.
