A year after May-Pac, Pacquiao sounds like he's having money problems already....

Pacquiao was elected to the Philippine senate in May but even before taking office, he said he was open to fighting again.

"Boxing is my main source of income. I can't rely on my salary as public official. I'm helping the family of my wife and my own family, as well. Many people also come to me to ask for help and I just couldn't ignore them," he said.

Pacquiao made reportedly $150M. If he's already blown through that he's going to keep fighting until he's 50 years old and punch drunk.

It's quite sad to be honest. He's got a lot of leeches around him and he doesn't know how to say 'no'.
 
He didn't make that much once he paid all the hands in his pocket.

He's too generous for his own good. Giving his money away by the boatloads. He's going to end up broke very quickly.

To be honest though. I'd rather see him earn his $$$. He can basically be balling in $$$ if he's a corrupt Public official in the Philippines...but he chose to just get into the ring for the $$$.

A lot of these guys give away tons of money not realizing the tax implications.... pac would apparently travel and employ 70+ people, flying them around and everything.

Actually, before Pac's last fight I saw his people at the drug store. He lives in central los angeles - some of his guys/gals were sent on an errand to pick up supplies from a rite aid. They were picking up random shit, and being paid. They're unemployed people who basically begged for jobs and Pac couldn't refuse. Four people, to pick up random shit at the store for Pac. They were all dressed in nice athletic clothing, and looked a bit full of themselves.

I remember reading something about him literally creating positions out his ass. He would have weight loss competitions for his employees with cash prizes (thousands of dollars), some crazy shit and then literally hired even more people to run it, people with no experience whatsoever. They take advantage of him and he knows for the most part. Though I think it was pretty funny when I heard about Pac slapping buboy in the face for forgetting his warm milk. Also, a lot of his has to do with his ego. I think Paulie wasn't too far off when he said that if Jesus himself came down, Pac would argue with Jesus over who was the real savior.

Thank God he didn't end up buying that $15 mil home in Beverly. He'd be even more fucked if he did.
 
I'm not super religious, but I think his new religious bender since he left Catholicism has been a crock of shit. He's hired some American kid that speaks the language to follow him around and tend to the followers. I lost a lot of respect when I saw them selling Manny Pac labeled bibles - not Pac but his greedy ass followers. Sort of disgusting.

And I like Pacquiao. He's just formed some really unfortunate habits.

Also, funny how everyone shit on Mayweather, saying he will end up broke (despite never showing signs of being bad with money). Meanwhile, Pacman has like his own private militia he arms and funds.

I remember reading before one of his fights how two bodyguards were accused of stealing, but instead of going to the authorities, May had them taken out to the desert and beaten close to death. I don't think there's any need to have to bring up how he keeps his female companions in line as I'm sure we're all well versed.

He sets the tone. Also, check out his letter he apparently sent out to team TMT before maypac.

I'm not sure, but one that doesn't allow drinking and gambling. I remember that much. So he had to knock that off. Not sure on the womanizing, but I assume that's also out.
 
Pacquiao needs to hire Spencer Strasmore and build a hotel in the Philippines on one of their paradise islands.
