The Anti-gravity treadmills seem very interesting, only thing in the vid I have never seen before.

But that touch screen to follow on the light dots is COMPLETE HORSE SHIT! little kids used to playing video games like that can go 10 times faster than him in this vid so can my 13 year old sis, means nothing also.
The one with the blue light bulbs where he's actually moving like a strike is more functional.

Vasyl Lomachenko does something similar to the light dots in his training. Seems to work pretty well for him.

How will this help with flipping houses? Complete waste of time imo. Real estate training course and anger management classes would serve Al much more better.
