Ok so I am planning to get me a long heavy thai bag, the problem is witch is better the water filled one or the normal filled one?
I use it for punching, kicking and grappling ( I put it on the floor and do some striking and kneeing in the mounting position.

Powerhide bags are great! CSI powerhide unfilled ones are good i hear, anything by windy is also great.

How big are you? If you are a heavy hitter, you should definately get the CSI Water Filled Muay Thai Bag. Here's why:
It is simply massive. The webisite says it is 200lbs. Lie. If you fill the bag plump, it weighs almost 300lbs. It is dense, not soft like people assume, and does not swing much. You can really load up and dig in. It's like kicking a dolphin.
The downside: It takes three people to hang because of the weight and bending of the bag. Make sure your bag stand can hold that much weight.
I have one of these at my MMA school and people like it. It has shown no signs of wear or tear. 10 year warranty.
