Bryan Alvarez (from Dave Meltzer's site) reported a surprising return is scheduled this Sunday for Wrestlemania.
Seems like it was just confirmed mid-week.
Last we heard from Punk, he was waiting on medicals Wednesday to find out when he can test his undefeated record against undefeated Mickey Gall on a PPV.

Could Punk have received bad news medically and will be back in WWE?

Storyline would fit, since Vince/HHH might lose control to Shane McMahon.

Would Punk help Shane beat Taker and oust Vince/HHH from WWE creative?

It is most likely Hulk Hogan returning now that his sex trial shit is over, but some are losing their mind it is Punk and I know most of the board would welcome him going back to WWE now (even though he will still retire undefeated)
