*A question to Conor's nuthuggers*

Honestly, what do you like the most about Conor?

1. His fight style and fight ability? Props to him to get a belt without a good BJJ game, as long as we know (if you know he has great BJJ please tell us).

2. His confidence and his trash talk even if he would disrespect every guy around?

3. His money? His look? No kidding, but he's the guy you would like to be (or become)?

For example, why do you prefer him above lets say Dos Anjos, a great fighter and striker but without all the trash talk toward the rest of us, fighters and fans. Or above GSP, another respectful guy that will ragdoll McGregor at will before outstriking him through 5 rounds.

Come on, be honest and tell us why he's one of your favorite fighters?

Because he talks the talk and walks the walk. The guy has been impressive as hell in the UFC and there's no reason to hate him; at least his fighting talents. How about I ask you why you dislike him?

I'm not his fan cause:

1. Personally i'm not into disrespectful guys, even if they have a "smart", quick, funny tongue. I prefer a humble champ like RDA or GSP.

2. I prefer a more well-rounded fighter. Again, like RDA or GSP or Rockhold. Not a guy punching "midgets" as he likes to say.

3. The way he refers to money as if it's the only goal on life, the one that justifies everything else, not into it.

Don't get me all wrong. I recognize he sells fights as nobody before. I recognize his left hand is one to be afraid of. But at the end of the day, the cons are above the pros. That's just my opinion.

Not a nut hugger but he keeps the landscape interesting. He also has one the most entertaining fighting styles in the UFC. He incorporates techniques and movements from many disciplines like Karate, tae kwon doe, boxing, capoiera like no other except for maybe Anderson. It's usually entertaining to hear whats he's got to say also.

At the same time, if he were to lose, I would want it to be via brutal KO. If its a submission or decision, it would just be disappointing. But as of right now I want him to keep winning because he keeps everything interesting.

But I think most are fans because he's going for a finish every time, has charisma and no back down attitude. Like they said at the press confrence: Diaz doesn't give a fuck and Conor doesn't give a fuck either. Thats why they have lots of faitful fans and not just shills like many here want to believe.

Question to McGregor haters: Why do you think anyone cares about why you hate him? Seems to be thread after thread about what people don't like about McGregor. The world doesn't care about who you don't like, go start a thread about a fighter that you actually DO like.

TS, I think we can like RDA, GSP and Aldo and let the McGregor fans be fans of McGregor just fine. you can't really make any single person stop being a fan through rationalizations. I never hated McGregor but I was not pleased at all when he stole Aldo's belt. That to me was the worst bullshit ever made for PR purposes, and I felt bad because Aldo clearly felt very disrespected that day. To me McGregor crossed a line there, but then he can be a good sport when he wins and honestly I don't think he is a bad dude at all.

this. IMHO there's very little about the guy to like outside of the octagon.

I'm not a big fan mostly because of talk and favoritism but which champ wins with BJJ? All his fights are exciting and they all end in ko/TKO. Any honest MMA fans will admit those things are awesome and a big reason we watch the sport. Nothing to difficult to figure out honestly.

He predicts how he'll win. He's like the biggest male draw with fans and casuals so obviously he's got a lot of things going for him that don't really need much justification. The haters have actually become more ridiculous and annoying at this point.
