A pro grappler makes more than every MMA fighter minus three. Is this a bad look for the UFC?

Title is misleading. It is not true to pro grapplers in general. He is top level. The average MMA fighter probably earns more than the average olympic judoca, the average olympic wrestler or the average BJJ fighter. Otherwise they wouldnt migrate.

@kezxtie I think what you meant for the premise of this thread to be is this: "Elite grappler with great business acumen out-earns most UFC fighters by making a ton of money outside competition"

It's hilarious when shills like Rogan claim other martial arts are cult like yet BJJ has some of the biggest cult attributes associated with it.

Why should they make 7 figures a fight? They're paid enough and what they're worth.

Ask yourself this: would you quit your job for a fighting career in the ufc if you had the skills? The answer is yes and I'll make more money than I'm making now.

This is a rather dumb thread. The absolute best in his sport makes more then the run of the mill fighters in the UFC well duh. The top guys in UFC makes more then Gordon and after Gordon in the grappling world there is a drastic decline in pay. I would imagine that a lot of top ranked grapplers otherwise have to work a day job. At the very least they're BJJ instructors even if they don't work a day job.

Haha, that's why I don't follow him apart from BJJ. I try to separate his competition and his social media.

That's also why I like Craig better lol.

I've followed him for a long time, but some day i had too much of him spewing shit like this, lol.

I do of course give him credit for his abilities, they're not to deny.
Ugh? idk, maybe suggesting to kill people for being drug addicts?

Yeah, if you don't see the problem with it, you're the problem.

Gordon Ryan is up there with Schaub in that no matter how retarded he acts, Luke Thomas will always excuse it.

not so sure about that, we've seen plenty of high level grapplers become helpless when their oponent can strike them.
khabib is much smaller, but jones, adesanya or costa would likely knock him out before it gets to the ground, unless he starts training for the whole MMA game
I was hyped to see him in MMA but he changed his mind apparently, so unless he proves it I say he's unidimensional and gets wrecked in a real fight against a top MMA guy.
it's his choice to prove it is wrong, he used to say it was his dream to do MMA and that he started grappling for the purpose of doing MMA
but anyway he's a troll and since you look like a big fan of his you're probably trolling too
