A pretty decent approach on Intermittent fasting.

Vedic. So how does your fast cycle work? Do you do it the protein power way? Eat as much as you can until, say 3pm and then fast until 3 pm the next day, eat again until 3pm etc. etc.?
 
Not so much as much as I can. The way I do it is different than most. But have found it to work for me and about a dozen others so far. Anyway, always shake and oatmeal to break the fast. I almost always use a muscle milk as another meal, as simply being easy with my schedule. For my two main meals I always go for 8 oz of meat. I always try to total 3 cups of fruits and veggies along with healthy fats. Honestly I go for variety of color.

I eat until 3 pm, then I don't eat again until 10 am the next day. I keep my eating in a 5 hour window. If it were 6 I would add another snack.
 
I think I might give this a shot next week.I need to drop some lbs & bf %. I've been at my parents place the past month,and they're not exactly into John Berardi or things of that nature. Not terrible,but not perfect.
