From time to time the good people here venture into powerlifting meets, for fun or for serious competition. Inevitably a thread gets started about how to pick attempts. Lifters using supportive equipment need to be even more careful selecting their openers. They are confronted with the issue of opening light enough to get in the meet and build confidence versus selecting weights heavy enough to allow them to achieve proper depth in the squat or touch their chest in the bench press. well said. In short powerlifting shouldnt be a cock measuring contest. But how much you can make the cock grow from it's original state.

Ever sense my first meet I havn't looked back, the lifting is awsome and so are the people you bump into, as they are on the same quest as ourselves.
