I\d also say do pullups on pull day. All lower back work can go here as well. On squat day, one unilateral exercise and one hip extension exercise ( glute ham raises or reverse hypers are my picks) are all you need.

Military Press
Tate Press
Incline dumbell

Squats

Weighted sit ups
Ab rolls
Weighted planks

What exactly are "glute ham raises or reverse hypers"? I enclose another schoolgirl pic as payment.
