Here's an idea, be the best parent you can be, and let the chips fall where they may. These are human beings. You can not manufacture their thought process. All you can do, is do the best you can to raise your kids right and teach them values that will hopefully drive them away from making terrible decisions. That's all you can do, without turning your house into a goddamned prison, and treating your kid like an inmate in need of reform.
