Im sure many of you will be glad to know that I feel devastated right now. I have drawn a great deal of inspiration from Conor's incredible run. I'm very proud of him and his approach to the game, but I am terribly disappointed for him, his family and his supporters after this setback.

Everyone is human, we all deal with defeat, no matter who we are, and I expect Conor will only grow from this, as I expect I, and all of his hardcore fans will.

Nate is a great fighter and I find solace in the fact that it was him to hand Conor his first defeat in the UFC.

Thank you to everyone on this forum. Haters and fans, those that don't care and even the casuals. It is an amazing connection to each other that this forum affords us. We may argue and fight like moral enemies, but a tight-knit group of outliers we will remain.

May you enjoy the vindication, or learn from the humbling that we have have witnessed.

Cheers

Cheers, brother. Your fighter will bounce back. Us Diaz fans have seen Nick AND Nate go through rough patches.
Conor still has his belt and still has a lot of loyal fans such as you.
Respect. It was a good fight.

Is that a suicide note?

C'mon man. I felt terrible when Aldo lost too. But it's just a game.

You will be feeling better tomorrow.

Yeah sometimes in life you want to slap someone's face and a bit later you can shake his hand, pretty much like on Sherdog. Props for facing the tide like a man.

Wow, that's quite an attitude adjustment....

You forgot "Conor Bless"

Glad to hear that. You post shit on the internet, no need to thank everyone on the forum.

You post everything Macgreger he lost and you are pissed. Wait a week and start shitposting again about how he should be at 155.

From everything I've seen you're one of the more reason-able (lol) connor fans and actually added shit to the conversation. Dont take it to hard, Im a huge Aldo fan and he got slept in 13 seconds that was a shitty pill to swallow. Even tho after that fight I was impressed by connor enough to want to see him actually pull off the unprecedented run he was going for.

Im happy to get rid of 99% of his absurd fans but as a fan of the sport itself more so than any one fighter it sucks to see. All the starts in UFC died out in the past year and its bad for business. I was legit hoping for someone to pick up the reigns of that 'must watch' kind of craziness guys like Silva brought with em for years. Its kinda shitty that we wont get that one way or another.

I was suprised to see how classy Connor was in defeat and that alone gives chance that he'll recover from the loss, fill some of the holes in his game and go back down to a more reasonable weight and destroy shit. Dont take it too hard man, it comes with the territory.

I'm old enough to admit that everything in my life means something to me, even my sherdog conversations. If I'm a shit poster, I'll wear that too.

Thanks mate.

Wow, McGregor fans genuinely do believe that they are the man themselves.

Get over yourself.

Cheers mate. May both men come back strong to confirm the fact they are some of the best in the game.
