ok i got a question,If i want to lose weight, is it better to eat breakfast right before i run in the morning? or right after? And as for breakfast, i usually just eat a bowl of cereal and some boiled eggs. (Needing answers from people who have done it and seen results.) Thanks in advance!

It's a personal preference. Some people get hit with hunger pains right after they wake up, some don't. I don't. I do cardio (treadmill) in the mooring after a light stretch. Then I take a shower and eat breakfast in that order. Try it both ways and see which one works for you. You can also go hybrid and eat a really light snack before your cardio (banana or WW toast) and then have a real breakfast afterwards. If you eat a full breakfast before you run, you might get sick. I would.
ya i tried doin cardio then eating breakfast after, and i feel pretty good, i dont get hunger pains. i think imma stick with this method, thanks guys
