A little Frank Mir trivia

With the exception of Tank Abbott, everyone he has submissions wins over has never been submitted before. And as a bonus, out of his 10 finishes, only only 3 of those people had been finished before: Abbott, Kongo, and CroCop.

What other fighters have a good number of "first to finish" achievements?

Matt Hamill first to beat Jon Jones, even after being elbowed in the eye(this was before Jones utilized his 10 inch fingers).

 

I would ask a different question: what fighters have never been finished so far? (20+ fights, 3+ losses) Frankie Edgar is the only one I can think of.

Gonna go out on a limb and say Travis Fulton wins this without it even being a contest.

 

He hasn't had 20 fights but Phil Davis has never been finished. Very few seasoned UFC fighters can say that

 

Also lost 4 in a row and most of his losseswere via ko. Time to retire

Mighty Mouse is the closest one I can think of. He doesnt have 3 losses though (at least officially).

 

Even though he is my favorite fighter that could have been the UFC HW GOAT without his accident (and his chin), I'm kinda wanting him to go out too. But, that's not what this thread is about and your post kinda sounds hater-ish. Hell, this thread isn't even necessarily about Mir. I just didn't want to title my thread "Mma trivia" or something like that.

Also lytle wins the never been finished contests. He did lose via a cut though.

I think its more more based on the fact the post was so horribly written. And where is the Frank Mir trivia that I was promised? Or is it really just Frank Mir facts? So I agree...what?
