I'm 6'4 and I weigh 155 lbs. walking. I'm trying to figure out if I should stay at lightweight or maybe drop down to feather. I've never tried to drop to 145 but I'm thinking about trying.
My main question is, I'm nervous about gaining strength and muscle and then being forced into welterweight (which I don't want to be at). Because of my height/weight difference, I think it's possible that might happen. People already tell me I'm very powerful for a lightweight, but I want to get better. What are ways to gain strength, but as little weight as humanly possible?
