just today i remmeber reading this article like 2 years ago when i first started weighlifting, and before i ventured into teh realm of strenght training.

the austrian blitz always kinda stayed with me coz its really seemed like a hardcore program...........today with the more knowledge that i got it seem like EXTREME overtraining but still i would lke to see what you guys think and if someone else tried anythibng similar?

  3. im not an expert but it seems to me that doing that kind of workout doesnt make sense without being on AAS. i think there is no way the body can recover enough after that unless your on teh juice and eat like a motherfucker

I like the idea of doing one exercise and working hard but 55 sets? Like you said bro...gotta be on the juice and Arnold was...and can't have a life outside of lifting including a job...

I also have done something similar to this. It is not made for an every other day occurance. I used to do it when i was getting back into lifting. Football coach put me through it(for hockey?) and he called it shocking the muscles. It worked and def. felt it for a few days!

i was not on the juice. hahaha. also, i wouldnt do 55 sets. id go to the gym and do like 20 sets of deadlift. i found that it helped my numbers go up, most likely just through "greasing the groove". i didnt really get any increased size, but then again i was doing high rep sets like AHNOLD.
