Well since biking helps your legs get stronger i found out a way to get your thighs working even more. All you need is a bike?

Its simple just flaten the tire of the bike the back tire not completely but so youcan press in it quitea bit.

Then just ride it, it helps better then normal biking it makes you work mmore and everything. And after that my thighs were sore.

Bike for around your dailyt routine if you haveone.

Riding on a flat tire bike would be more effective because the tire is just sinking into the ground so its harder to peddle.

Sprint on grass.

Do not eat pop tarts and wash them down with soda.

Can't you just pedal harder at a higher gear?

Peddlehigher with a higher gear with deflated tires?

This is just a dumb idea, not only is a higher gear easier it's also alot safer

Exactly. Riding with a flat tire is very dangerous. Have you ever noticed that these whitebelts are dumber than most everyone else...from their grammar to their ideas.

PS: I just got a purple belt!

No, if you want to increase the difficulty when cycling there are easier ways like pedaling harder, uphill, or at a higher gear.

It's okay Bama, picking on whitebelts makes me feel big, too

I was off base saying what I said, but alot of these no names that come out of the wood work have very weird ideas sometimes.

Standard, I feel my IQ jumped about 5 points...I now have an IQ of about 138.

There is a slight difference biomechanically depending on where your resistance comes from.

I don't know the exact details, but there is an inherent difference between riding a bike normally (not uphill, into a headwind, or with deflated tires), riding into a headwind, riding uphill, riding with a deflated tire (same as riding a mountain bike with fatter tires and thus more resistance with the road), and riding with your brakes rubbing.

If you could measure exactly what muscles were working and how hard (there are about 30 different muscles in your legs) even if you were riding at the same heartbeat each time, different muscles would be stressed slightly differently. If you are used to riding one way and do something different, you will feel it differently.

That being said, the differences are slight and Sonny is right that you would achieve almost the same benefit by riding faster.
