Thanks for the heads up Graedy, I was going to skip the link for lack of spare time. But it's not very novel. Even Ross Enamait gave me a routine to better broaden my approach to fitness (it was pretty damn comprehensive too from what I remember).

fuck *thinks back to first year uni*, erm i think agonist is like muscles that assist the movement and antagonists are the muscles used to resist the movement...
 
It thought for e.g. a bicep curl the bcep is the agonist and the tricep is the antagonist or something the like. But in fact I just realize that I have no clue.
