This is a continuation of an older log.

Started: 195lbs
Currently: 6'0 219lbs

I've gained about 20lbs in 3 months. I'm not a freak or anything, but I had Salmonella and Ecoli back to back. So as soon as I could actually stomach food I started eating and haven't stopped. I recalculated my daily caloric intake and it's between 3500 and 4000.

Thanks for the comments. This is really just a continuation of another log that will remain nameless. Anyways just did cardio today.

Body weight circuits for 35 minutes and the March conditioning challenge. I did it in 6:20. The tuck jumps and burpees were hell. Pretty sure i cheated a little so i should probably add about 30 seconds. I'll probably try again next week.
 
You should consider training UFC with your bench.
 
Holy shit i didnt even notice the 275. I got to get to 280 so I dont come off as a sherdog gimmick.

I've given up on doing weighted chins. For some reason my shoulders really dont like it. So I usually just do a couple sets every time I lift. I'm just trying to maintain what little strength I do have and get stronger on rows.

Went to Golds today instead of my works gym. Golds has no bumper plates or a designated area for cleans or snatches. So its kind of a pain in the ass and everybody looks at you like some kind of freak.

I didnt add weight on these from the previous week. Not gonna lie, might have had too many Guinness last night. Either way they felt really good and I actually just sat for a second or two of the last rep of each set. Definitely stronger than last week.

Overall a pretty good day. I feel like I was stronger on each lift than the previous week. The gains are gonna start slowing down though. I'm about 20 pounds off of my old maxes soooooooo.

I have felt like shit since Saturday. Drank entirely too much this weekend. Basically all I did from Wednesday night until Saturday night was drink beer and eat pizza. So I have decided not to drink, stay up late, or eat garbage for the next month and see what kind of results I get. Today's workout wasn't terrible but it wasn't great either. I was definitely lagging half way through.

These felt pretty good. It seems like the reoccurring theme of the day has been "your a spent little pussy." Even though the weight didn't feel heavy I still just felt exhausted. New Personal Record. 265 would have been a PR but I got it pretty easy so I figured I would just go ahead and give 275 a shot. First time I got my right hand under it but for some reason my left wouldn't cooperate. Second attempt I got under it and damn near started running. After about 5 steps forward I got my balance, stood for a second, and dropped it.

Did a little running, some circuits, rode stationary bike, ran some more. I don't know what the fuck I'm doing. Sherdog sucks now, this is the only decent place on the site I can post.

There was definitely some rounding of the back going on in the last set. I had to wait 10 minutes before I could even think about OHP. My back felt fine but this was the most mentally and physically taxing set of anything I have ever done.

165 felt really heav and my back was definitely feeling the affects of the heavy deads. I took about 5 minutes rest before I did my final set. Last rep of 185 was slllooooow but I locked it out. Nice improvement from last week.

Damn good day. 2 PR's, but it will definitely be the last time I lift this late. There is no chance of getting to sleep at a decent hour tonight. Luckily I'm off tomorrow. The gains keep coming. I guess the few months I was forced to take off have helped me in the long run.
