90s: Fight Club vs Titanic

Fight Club.
I thought Titanic was cringeworthy.

One was innovative and the other was a time-tested genre set to historical context. Both extremely well-executed. Thinking this vote would be split down gender lines.

Pretty much this. Almost an apples/oranges comparison, really. The intent of the film's are very dissimilar. Fight is supposed to make you think about society and your place in the universe. Titanic is a classic love triangle story, with awesome production values, and a historically significant event as the context. Hard to compare.

Fight Club without a doubt. To me personally it’s a superior film both cinematography, thematically and acting wise.

And if you’re a real man.

Never seen titanic, watched fightclub really stoned in a mates house and noticed the flickering at the start and it really distracted me.
