1-24-2011 bw:195 Bike 10min lvl 15 Squat 125x5,5,5,5,5 Sohp 90x5,5,5,5 Pullups 4,4,4,4,4,4 24 total reps Was running short on time because a friend came to the gym to sign up and i waited around for her and my new work schedule is raping me on time frames to go lift. I got off work just after 7:30 and the gym is closed at 9:15. I would have gotten the last sohp set if i had a little more time, and i could have fit in another set of 4 pullups to match my 28reps from last week. I think i need to deload back some on SOHP, its just pretty hard and my form is still shitty cuz i slacked off on stretching for the last like 3 months. I am however glad that im doing it standing now, I can actually get my core worked between it and squats. I squatted in socks again and i liked it again. It really makes me aware of my foot position and i can feel myself drop in between my thighs. Plus i probably look insane to the gym rats that think squatting hurts teh kneez so that's fun.
