its my first post yes but ive been viewing the forums and reading constantly for months now..I decided to go for my first real grappling tournament ever, the problem is ive only received shortly over a weeks notice. I only have 8.6lbs to lose which with a wrestling background will be fairly easy but could someone please tell me what foods would be good for energy...perferably light foods, since pasta's weigh me down too much and caffeine pills make me jitter far too much. so what would particularly be the best fruits/veggies/nuts or oats to eat leading up to the comp from personal experience!
