    Hey,

    Just wrote a new article with a few tips for beginners to help them from getting twisted, smashed, and tossed around the mats a little bit less...

    All these things were the things the guy that essentially gave me my two intro lessons told me at my first lesson.


    If it had been a list of 9 one thing that I was told was this: "No question is too stupid for a beginner to ask"

    Another good read. If only I knew these tips back when I just started... it's not like if it's a long time ago, but still... Great article, very nice tips!

    Probably not. They may slow down the tap but it'll come. Don't worry. Feels good man.
