Check out this video where 7th degree Rolls Gracie Black Belt (one of the famous five to receive their black belts from Rolls before his untimely death). In this video taken from a recent seminar Marcio shows a cool move that he calls an ambush choke. It was a pleasure getting the chance to train with such an amazing jiu-jitsu practitioner and I would highly encourage anyone living or traveling near Norwalk, CT to check him out asap.
