cheating = breaking the rules to gain an unfair advantage

both fighters objectively did this - if they fail to gain an unfair advantage that does not negate the fact that they did indeed still cheat. claiming they both gained the exact same level of benefits from their steroid usage is also an unreasonable speculative claim.
