A lot of shit has happened since this event. It is still one of the best finishes of all time, and one of the most memorable moments in the history of the sport. Forget all the bad about Silva recently, let's all just take a moment to respect the former LONG time P4P # 1 fighter in the world, Anderson Silva. He gave us a wealth of entertainment, no matter how you feel about the man.

Chael rematch and last second Bonnar fight were icing on the cake.

Truly legendary stuff.

EDIT - Anderson is still DQ’d from GOAT consideration for positive PED tests though.
