7 days out to fight nite

So I fight june 27 in akron, ohio. I am fighting at 145pounds. I weighed in today at 149-150pds. My question is what do all of you eat 7 days prior to your fight? Or do most of you cut off the remaining 6-8pounds in the sauna. This is how I have been going about getting to 145 for my fights is using the sauna. But I would like to be able to get myself down to fight weight naturaly if possible. Also I am curious would consuming raw broccolli and cauliflower help cut weight? Thanks in advance...
 
You have 7 days?

Drink 2 gallons of water a day and eat more sodium, drop the water, sodium and carbs 2-3 days out. If you are on weight the day before the weighin, a dry carb load can be used
broccolli and caulis are fine for now, but around the day before the weigh in, you might want to reduce it or even eliminate it, depending on how much ahead you are at
