DHEA does not warrant a PCT. DHEA is readily convertible into any hormone the body is lacking, it's not specific to testosterone (hence it's "debunking"), so usually the test level raise from DHEA in doses lower than 300mg aren't significant enough to warrant Aromatase inhibition.
6-OXO can and has been used on it's own though. Aromatase inhibition is pretty standard a practice nowadays. Some guys prefer it as opposed to directly boosting test levels. Usually older guys as you would imagine.
