6 figure contract - worth it?

But do they get the same pay? I'm too lazy to research it but if winning TUF means a 15k/15k and not winning means 6k/6k then would matter.

The problem is that the TUF winner is signed to a 3 year, 9 fight contract, whereas the other guy probably got a 3 fight or less contract. He can negotiate his contract presumably sooner than the other guy. I mean Roy Nelson is making 20k/20k based off 146, and Dave Herman is making 21k/21k (153) and started at 18k/18k (131). Dave Herman already got to renegotiate his contract, and he's now making more in disclosed pay than Nelson. That's why the TUF contract can suck
 
MMA has advanced to the point where the top talent just come into the UFC.. They don't want to do TUF because it is a pain in the ass.. You will never see a guy with Jones or GSP level talent on TUF.. Even the days of guys like Rashad doing it are over.. They can simply build their records in small shows and sign with the UFC..
