This is a remake of a video I made about 11 years ago. The first video was 33 Solo Drills In 7 Minutes. This new one is 54 Solo Drills In Just 12 Minutes.
I made this video about 3 years ago but I know a lot of people have not seen it. All of the drills were performed back to back in 1 take with no rest in between.
Hopefully, it's useful to those who may be interested in getting a quick grappling focused solo workout in without the need for any equipment or a partner.
I moved this video over to my new channel "Jiu Jitsu In Minutes" which is focused on the video format of "X Techniques in Y Minutes"
