Curtis James Jackson III, better known as ’50 Cent,’ has just announced that he will be voting for President Donald J. Trump this election cycle in an Instagram post.

This news may come as a surprise considering his previous negative comments towards the President. 50 Cent made this announcement after he saw the tax rate hikes under the Biden tax plan – a substantial change from President Trump’s tax plan.

50 Cent has previously attacked the president on his COVID-19 response, saying “You wanted a reality show host as president,” “Well now you’re on Survivor.”

Despite these feelings towards President Trump, it seems he believes that Trump would better suited holding onto the office for four more years as opposed to a Biden presidency.

In recent weeks, 50 Cent has posted content in favor of President Trump. One was a video of President Trump dancing to YMCA by the Village People:

62% does sound pretty brutal.

The guy has lost over 100 million dollars in recent years too, so he probably has to start counting the money. Soon enough he might be penniless.

Not surprising he never claimed to be a Democrat so this is dumb.

Why is there a thread made any time somebody endorses the President?

Imagine being so talented and skilled or having your own business, working your ass off to make $1,000,000 but you live in NYC so you only get to keep $380,000 of it. The gubblemint gets $620,000 of your $1,000,000 earnings.

Does that account for tax brackets or whatever? I don't think they just straight up take 62% of everything you own.

62% of your annual income is removed from you in the form of taxes if you're a "high-earner" and call NYC home. You get what's left.
