According to Venum/Reebcock pay structure, you’re capped out at 21k if you’ve had 21 or more fights in the UFC.

He stopped getting sponsor pay increases 17 fights ago. Jim has been with the company since UFC 89, just bout 13-14 years.

You’d think that if you’ve bled for the company for this long that they’d continue to reward long tenured fighters such as Jim.

His debuting opponent the Ghost pepper guy, made 4k in sponsor. Jim had to fight for 14 years to make 17k more sponsor pay than a guy in his first fight.

Here’s the pay structure:
1 - 3 $4,000
4 - 5 $4,500
6 - 10 $6,000
11 - 15 $11,000
16 - 20 $16,000
21+ $21,000
Title Challenge $32,000
Title Defense $42,000

He's not a draw but they can't possibly be paying him enough. If you've been around this long and put it on the line like he does - I hope he's being compensate well.
