Colby is not a small WW frame wise like gastelum is in 185. And he cut like 10lbs to make 170.

Seems like he’s doing what he needs to do. Obviously, something wasn’t working given the losing streak and needs to change. Now if he can actually stay disciplined enough to make the needed changes to succeed remains to be seen. He’s only 29, not too late for him.
