It was the Woman he was with if I'm not mistaken, and even if it was what's the big deal? Nothing wrong with being passionate and not being able to contain your emotions, we're Humans in the end of the day, not robots. If he WAS overcome with emotions after getting a Finish, who are we to judge how he expresses his emotions and excitement?
