Adesanya's probably got the best shot if he can ever get a rematch with Jan.

His chances go down if Jiri is champion IMO, given his chin remains in tact for the short term. I think his offense would be too much for any MW trying to move up.

Adesanya still has the best shot. He's the only champ who has a good frame and style for the division above him. Needs to add some mass next time though.

Usman would do good at MW but there are some bad matchups for him like Izzy, Rob, Cannonier and Vettori. Big guys with good striking and TDD. Usman vs Whittaker would be super interesting.
